Mortgage rates have risen!!!Banks are increasing, but my rates are still low!!!

Hello all,,,the time is here and it is just the beggining. Mortgage rates the banks that we use for our dailing banking have starting increasing more then 50 basis points…but hey my rates are quite low. Take a look at my website for all the great mortgage rates specials. To summarize I can offer a 3 year fixed for 3.29%…5 year fixed for 3.55%….and a Variable Rate Mortgage for only 1.65% which is Prime – .60. As usual call me or email me to get more information.

  1. Hey there Alex. Sorry I did not get back to you until now. Something is wrong with my system and it should of been forwarded to me. The rates for a commercial mortgage is 6.21% but it all depends on the overall deal.
